  The celebrity Ripa was hosting the annual TV Land Awards in 2007,But a brush with death isn’t enough to steer Ripa away from her TV idols. “I can’t help it,” she explained. “I always get that way around show these TV stars. They’re people I grew up with, but never dreamed ever get the chance to meet with them.

“I admit he might have to finish sixth grade first. But I asked his mom if she’d mind letting him drop out, and she seemed okay with it.”
